Hannover, Germany, 10 November 2019 - Yaroslavl Motor Plant, a leading Russia powertrain manufacturer (part of GAZ Group) has brought its YaMZ-534 engine and its diesel-generator unit to AGRITECHNICA 2019. The trade fair for agricultural machinery is held at Messe Laatzen in Hannover from 10 to 16 November 2019.

Yaroslavl Motor Plant showcases its YaMZ-534 engine for agricultural machinery and ED-100, its new diesel-generator unit.

YMZ-534 is a 4-cylinder 4.43 l. diesel engine and is used in various light commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery, including tractors, combine harvesters and loaders. The engine can boast having a reduced noise level as lo as 80 dB only, an impressive endurance of 30,000 hours, a service frequency of up to 1,000 engine hours as well as low operational costs.

Yaroslavl Motor Plant offers over 4,000 options and modifications of YaMZ-530 diesel and gas engines with the engine power ranging from 136 to 330 hp. Mid-size in-line YaMZ-530 engines offer great performance in fuel consumption, motor efficiency and endurance.

The reasonable pricing of the engines paired with their state-of-the-art design makes them highly competitive. The engines are designed to be used in various types of vehicles, including tractors and agricultural machinery, powertrains for industrial use, and specialty vehicles.

The company has brought its latest YaMZ-534 engine compliant with the Euro-6 emission standard as well as with the EU Stage IV and V standards. It has a common rail microprocessor-based fuel injection system (with injection pressure of 2,000 bar and MD-1 ECU), a unique component designed in cooperation with BOSCH.

AD-100 diesel-generator unit is designed for off-grid power generation. The DGUs can be primary or back-up power source at facilities with unacceptable risks of power failures and tough requirements to noise and emissions. They can be used in farming and agriculture, mining and construction, during disaster relief operations and at any premises and facilities with risks of blackouts.

Its key advantages are low noise level of under 85 dB, quick start at maximum load, safe use in a wide temperature range, easy maintenance and low cost of consumables and spare parts. The DGUs are based on YaMZ engines of 40 to 400 kW.
